Jomoni is an organization that is committed to the development of multiculturalism. They fight against racism and look after the interests of immigrants. In addition, they promote respect between people and the ability to communicate. 

They support immigration and integration firstly by holding cultural events and providing opportunities for sports activities. Secondly, they provide guidance on society and participation and immigrant participation in decision-making: through the JoMoni platform offers information on how society functions and guidance on how to get involved in social activities. Thirdly, projects and collaboration and focus on young people: by offering activities specifically planned for young people and young adults, including individual guidance and support, as well as engaging in various projects and collaborating extensively with municipalities, educational institutions, and other organizations.

After I checked out the IHJ I couldn't help but feel that Finland has a lot to offer in terms of helping people who have just come to live in Finland, I can see that the information on this site covers everything from work and study to life, it's not hard to imagine the effort that has gone into this, and I'm really touched by it too. I remember when I first came to study at the University of Eastern Finland, it was not clear before I came here and I was so worried, but the university did a very good job, they arranged tutors for us and gave us two weeks to learn how to study and live here, and organized all kinds of activities so that we could make good friends. It was the first time I really felt that this country and our university cared about each and every one of us, that they really cared about each and every one of us, and that they respected each and every one of us for our differences. We have established a lot of systematic guidance for newcomers to Finland to adapt to the culture and life here.
